Experienced facilitator with roots in design
I am an empathetic and creative, yet structured facilitator and design thinker. My goal is to help teams and organisations address some of the big challenges we face today to create a better tomorrow.
I will help you break down your challenge or project into meaningful and engaging work processes or workshops through hands-on creative tools and methods that create ownership and real outcomes.
I will meet you with curiosity and a design toolbox combined with other relevant methodologies. With 10+ years of experience with design, human-centric innovation and facilitation of organisational change within the life science and engineering industry I am used to working with complex human as well as technical topics.

I will help you gain qualitative insights into what your clients or users really need now and in the future through e.g. open-ended interviews, observations, different dialogue tools and looking into alternative futures.

Do you want to explore the value of Design Thinking to identify problems, come up with new ideas and test and iterate on these with your team?
I will prepare and facilitate processes or workshops with relevant templates and tools fitted to your needs. Participants will experience a different way of working through experiments, play and first and foremost an inclusive and engaging atmosphere where everyone feels safe to participate.

Design Sprints
Do you have an idea or a specific challenge, you want to develop and test?
I will act as Sprint Master and facilitate (variants of) the five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers.

I will help you create a tailor-made creative and fun, yet structured, program and be your neutral and energizing facilitator during the session.
